Step away from the noise to immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty. Hosted by Katrina and Natasha, "Breathe in Zion" retreat is crafted for those seeking adventure, a journey into presence, and a chance to reconnect with the Earth.  You’ll experience inspiring hikes, meditation, nurturing Yin yoga, journaling, and time for soaking and relaxing, all set against the breathtaking red rock landscape. 
 
In addition to exploring Zion, we’ll journey to Bryce Canyon, where you’ll be surrounded by the surreal beauty of towering, fiery hoodoos and panoramic vistas. We’ll also hike some secret narrow canyon pathways with cascading waterfalls.
 
After Natasha's last visit to southern Utah again this fall, she hopes to share the soulful magic of Utah’s parks, to restore, and reignite your love for our stunning country and the Planet Earth.  You’ll leave with renewed peace, purpose, and perspective. Join us to make lifelong memories, and let the calm of nature refuel your spirit. 
 
This retreat is for anyone with an adventurous spirit and enjoys a slow pace moderate elevation hiking with lots of picture-taking and marveling. There will be a few days with 5-8 miles of exploring. Yoga experience is not necessary - all levels are welcome.

Included: 4 nights accommodation, home-made meals, and hiking snacks
Flights to Las Vegas and ground transportation are not included: flights run $200-$360 as of today, book asap! We will connect you all to organize car shares.
Cancellation: close on March 30.  A $35 CC transaction fee for all early cancellations. Deposit fees are collected if canceled after March 30th. No refunds after April 30.
