Take your yoga practice to new heights with this comprehensive 2-month Masterclass + Teacher Training Series designed to help both teachers and students master arm balances in yoga asana.
Through a structured, progressive approach, you’ll learn essential and effective practices to help you develop the strength, mobility, and stability required to move into arm balancing asanas including Lolasana, Bakasana, Parsva Bakasana, Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II, Eka Pada Galavasana, Bujapidasana, Mayurasana, advanced variations, and more!
Throughout each session, Katrina will offer hands-on adjustments, 1:1 feedback, modifications, advancements, and plenty of opportunities to play.

TRAINING DETAILS & CURRICULUM
Sessions are scheduled every Sunday for 2 months, except the third Sunday of each month. The full training series includes:
1 x Core Stability & Arm Balance Skills Masterclass: March 9, 12-2 PM. We will start with a Masterclass, a comprehensive introductory training that will share a general overview of the method and approach we’ll implement while preparing to develop and refine our arm balancing skills over the coming weeks.
Supplemental Training Sessions:
The Supplemental Training March 23 - April 27 offers you an opportunity to refine and solidify your skills, ask questions, and receive valuable feedback to support your success. After each session, you’ll receive homework and drills to repeat at home until we meet again. Each time we meet, we’ll have an opportunity to check-in, practice all we’ve learned, and celebrate milestones along the way.

Yoga Alliance Credits
Attendees who complete the full series (all 6 sessions) will receive 10 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits with 2 Additional requirements:
- Attend 2 publicly scheduled classes with Katrina (in-person or via Zoom).
- Submit a short video demonstrating 5 required drills for peak poses.
