Glow SoundBath is an immersive sensory meditative experience, a deeply restorative, healthy way to self-soothe and clear mental overwhelm without any effort or substance. During Glow SoundBath you are offered to lie down.. and as your body rests, powerful raw organic sound vibrations shower you from head to toe, harmonizing the energies of your body: physical, mental, and emotional. With regular practice, people report greater clarity and calm in their lives.
Expect to feel completely blissed out after: please try to protect that created space by avoiding TV or Phone for the rest of your day.
With anxiety, insomnia, ADD, burnout, and depression levels on the rise, we hope to share this calming listening meditation as a regular self-care.
About our sound meditation facilitator, Natasha: comes from classical music education and is certified in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork with 12 years of experience, RYT 500. She weaves her own compositions into a hypnotizing musical flow, leading you through a sound journey with instruments following one another, and transporting you into a blissful parasympathetic state. In this relaxed listening, curious state, you may tap into your sense of awe, and enjoy creative visions, reaching a deep state of internal exploration, relaxation, and serenity.

Private Events: group (1-24ppl) $350 inside Glow. To host a SoundBath at your location within the city - $600. Outside of the city - an additional $300 for travel.
Public Group SoundBath Class on Fridays 4:30p: $40-$50, and included in monthly memberships & 1-week trial $49
The in-studio event availability: weekdays 9a-11a, 1p-4p, 7:30p-8:45p, Fridays 1-2p, 7-8p, Sat-Sun 1:30P-3P.
Bring: We do not provide yoga props for events outside Glow. You may bring blankets and throws to lie on, instead of yoga mats. Purchase Mats here, $10/person minimum 1 week ahead.
Bring nothing if you're coming to Glow - everything is provided.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation/changes window closes 10 days before the event, and after that, there are no refunds but can reschedule with an additional fee. To reschedule within the 10 days before the event please apply an additional $60 payment.
