This training is open to both yoga students and teachers, available in-person or via livestream. Over six weeks, take your yoga practice to new heights through this comprehensive masterclass designed to build the strength, stability, and confidence needed to press into inversions. Led by Katrina, this course provides hands-on adjustments, personalized feedback, modifications, and playful opportunities to advance your skills.

⁃ Shoulder and wrist strength, mobility & conditioning

Inversion Press Masterclass
Kick off the series with this 2-hour session that introduces the methods and foundational drills needed to press into headstand, forearm stand, and handstand. Build awareness, control, and confidence as you prepare for the weeks ahead.
Supplemental Training
The five 90-minute sessions refine your practice with opportunities to solidify skills, receive valuable feedback, and celebrate milestones. Each session includes homework and drills to repeat at home, ensuring steady progress.
Yoga Alliance Credits
Attendees who complete the full series (all 6 sessions) will receive 10 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits with 2 Additional requirements:
- Attend 2 publicly scheduled classes with Katrina (in-person or via Zoom).
- Submit a short video demonstrating 5 required drills for peak poses.
